The IHDN clinic in Agbozume becomes too large for Agamah home, so we begin to look for land to expand the work. After many difficult attempts, we find and buy 23 acres of land, three miles north of Agbozume in Weta.
In June, we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the mission work! Additionally, we break ground and start construction on the IHDN Mission Hospital Outpatient department.
We bring water and electricity from three miles away in order to continue the construction project. We complete a modern Hospital, equipped with a lab, pharmacy, OR and six exam rooms.
The IHDN Mission Hospital opens on June 14. Villagers come out in large numbers with singing and dancing to celebrate what God has done!
The mission hospital continues to see patients and receives National Health Insurance Accreditation. This allows the hospital to see patients that are registered.
Since the accreditation, the number of patients seen at the hospital soars to over 12,000 a year. As a result, we begin the construction of the 60-bed inpatient wards.
